What we do
Selected publications

Our research aims to better understand and prevent violence in intimate and sexual relationships, from adolescence through adulthood. We focus in particular on domestic and sexual violence, sexual violence within intimate relationships, and technology-facilitated violence. Our research is conducted in collaboration with those affected and practitioners in the field to develop, implement, and evaluate preventive interventions, tools, and strategies.

Research

Constellation: Preventing Intimate Partner Violence in College Settings 
A prevention program developed with, by, and for college communities, combining prevention activities, training, active bystander strategies, and knowledge mobilization tools.

Monarque: Sexual Violence in Intimate Relationships 
Research aimed at better understanding the manifestations, associated factors, consequences, and needs related to sexual violence in intimate relationships, and at transforming intervention practices for women who are victims of domestic violence.

Acting Together: Preventing Sexual Intimate Partner Violence with, by, and for Women
Participatory research aimed at developing knowledge and courses of action to prevent sexual intimate partner violence by drawing on scientific, experiential, and practical knowledge.

From Cyberviolence to Digitally Facilitated Sexual Violence
A research program focusing on violence experienced in intimate relationships and digitally facilitated sexual violence, aimed at developing prevention, support, and intervention strategies tailored to postsecondary settings.

3 out of 4: Mobilizing Knowledge to Reach Women Who Have Concerns About Their Relationships
Scaling up a digital platform designed to make information about domestic violence accessible and to facilitate access to support resources, in collaboration with community organizations.
