Our work aims to identify the contexts in which individuals are at risk of engaging in transgressive or violent behaviors in their intimate relationships (e.g., sexual consent violations) or professional relationships (e.g., sexual misconduct). Ultimately, our goal is to develop prevention initiatives as well as interventions for both perpetrators and survivors.

Boundary Violations and Sexual Misconduct in Psychotherapy - Pre- and Post #MeToo: A Knowledge Synthesis on Prevalence, Risk Factors, and Consequences. Agir ensemble: A by and for women project aimed at preventing sexual intimate partner violence at all levels of prevention (primary, secondary, and tertiary). PI : Mylène Fernet (UQAM) Violence in Intimate Relationships Within Black Communities: A study aimed at documenting the prevalence, risk factors, and consequences, and at supporting community dialogue on related issues.
